Title: Changing a voice set

I have noticed that many people seem to be able to change little things such as portraits and such.  Is there a way to change a voice set with out redoing a character?

It is possible to do that, but it is generally frowned upon if there are no real reason behind it (it puts a load on the oh so poor DM team, or worse, on the character vault DMs if Leto access is required).

What you would have to do is to post a request in the dispute forum, explaining which voice set you want and most importantly, why you want to change. :)

I believe that this requires server vault access unless we have a way to do it IG that I'm unaware of

There is no way to do it in-game.
  What Weeblie stated is correct, regarding the process for making the change, reasoning, etc.
