Title: Help - My character got deleted!

After being away for a long, long time, i have forgot my password, what username i played on the server with, and what username i had on this forum.
I loved my character. It was a Sea Elf Cleric.
What should i do?
Write a new biography for a new character?

Great. I found the password, but my character is deleted :(
Can it get restored, or do i need to make a new one?

We do not delete characters with out spacific request of the player. If you did not ask for it to be deleted it should still be available on our servers. However if you are using a different bioware log in or CD key you may not be able to access your existing PC.

Chances are you are using a different cd key. I need two things. I need the exact character name so that I can do a search and I also need your bioware name.

As Rowana stated, we do not delete characters unless it is requested--which means we didn't delete your character. It is just under a different bioware name I am sure.
