with the starting areas to the far south maybe the starting cnr should be shifted as well
a low level wont live to get to hlint area to find tin copper or any lower level hides and such
unless all the encounters are scaling to the highest level in the area which will still prove deadly to any low levels who may happen to walk by when a high level is traversing the area
