Title: (minor bug)Guards in Crest Hills Camp is... dumb

The defender (guard) in the crest hills... the area south of the speedway towards Wolfswood is still defending Belgaer.

i.e. his name tag is 'Defender of Belgaer' instead of 'Defender of Crest Hills'
