Title: Hammerbount peaks Giant Fort

There is a targeting bug here, and in other places of Hammerbound as well.  It is like monster are ethereal or something.  They can not be targeted and can not target PCs.  This is only true of one or two in area.  In some places PCs can not target PCs or self.  The transition in and out of this area is workable though.  Getting in takes a bit of finesse.

Also noticed this targetting bug, it also happens on the steps leading up to this fort, and you can't always target yourself for casting? was very odd.
