Title: Dirty Claw Kobold Camp - Dirty Claw Fang - Wrong faction

The dog spawns neutral, and is attacked by the kobolds there.
 
  I was fortunate enough to run into the area just after a group swept it, and saw the hostiles as they all respawned before the dog was killed.

Not sure what's going on there. The dog is marked as hostile in both its placement and in the palette.
