Title: Bindstone to Katia in Vale

I died while bound to the above bindstone and ended up inside a buiilding!  There is no such building in the town and I cannot use the AT in the building.

Addendum:  BlackCat told me it was a V2 bug that he though was fixed... Hope that helps.

Bah! This was due to be fixed before V3, but that update never went in.
