Title: Eschew Material Component Question

I was wondering if a caster can get any of the "Eschew MAterial Component" feats ON the level they meet the prerequisite?  Or like Improved Combat Casting it has to be taken a level after they meet the prerequisite? (i.e.  Can a wizard take Eschew I at Level 5, or does he have to wait until level 6)

So long as you meet the requirements you can take the feat.

Yep, you can get Eshew at lvl 5 if you're a wizard... so yes you can get the Eschew thing at the same level up you got access to 3rd level spell (for eschew I) or 6th circle spells (for eschew II) etc... so long you get a new feat too *grins*.

Was Eschew made part of the wizard Bonus Feat list, back when it was added?

Yes, the Eschew Materials line is available to be taken as Wizard bonus feats.
