I would like to know where in these new forums are the character submission, develpment,etc....

I dont manage to find them

Show some patience please, the forums are not up in their entirety yet. The submission, development and all the other subforums will emerge at one point, when the people behind the move have time to fix any mishaps that might have happened.

Give it a day or two :)
