Title: Fort Vehl Troop Helm

Could be wrong but the abilities say +2 AC vs. Bludg, +2 AC vs. Giants. However, when I put it on, it gives an across the board +2 AC.

Right, it shows up on the stats adding 2 to your AC, which is more powerful than advertised.

The extra AC vs Blunt doesn't show up on the Character Sheet or Inventory. This is because it's only against blunt weapons, the same goes for Protection From Alignment spells' effects.
The AC will be taken in to account at the moment something tries to hit you with a blunt weapon, though.

Hey, I have the helm too, unbuffed, on the character sheet, it adds +2 AC to the stats.
