On Dregar there is a Floating Madman...I forget which Hills they are on. If I go there again...I'll repost it.

Descrition: Floating Madman, looks like hes on top of the map
 
 Location: The Rolling Hills
 
Verified: Ive been to the area, and also the other area where there are madmen, West of Point Dart, and I have seen no Madmen floating there.
 
 Reproducable: N/A
