Title: A letter is posted all over Hempstead and Vehl

To anyone who can provide information about the unlawful summoning of two infernal horses by the Crimson Eagles monument in Hempstead I will provide a reward of 1000 trues.  The reward will be paid upon capture of the miscreant repsonsible for this dangerous and reckless act.
