Title: When ever i change area's

i'm a dark elf so wondering if this has anything too do with it

90% of teh time when i change areas i'm blinded, attack in decreased and saveing throws are decreased.  

i'm well feed and watered that's teh first thing i tried. however most of teh time if i change areas i'm imeatly blinded which goes away after a min or so however teh decreased attack and save throws stays till i rest. Is this suposed too happen or is it a bug???

It is supposed to happen if you enter a "light" area.

Drows are normally not used to the sunlight, and hence get the negative modifiers just as you describe.

To get around this, you have to either make sure only travelling during the night hours, or to select the Daylight Adaption feat.
