Dear Miss Kali,

I am interested in applying for the position available for your inn. I have worked hard to become an accomplished cook, and can prepare breads, rice and rice cakes, roasts and meats of all manners, pies, pastries and other fine delicacies, and small wafers infused with the blessing of a god -- though I expect the last would be in little demand in a tavern. Also, although I have limited experience in brewing, I am confident that I can prepare those drinks most commonly in demand in taverns and inns.

I am reachable most easily in Port Hempstead these days, but would be happy to come to Leringard for an interview. Please contact me in person or by bird at your earliest convenience.
