Title: Rich Text in Writing

Before V3, when we wrote in the character development thread for instance, we had the option of turning on rich text so we could use bold, italics and font sizes.   I am sure there is probably a thread out there that as addressed this issue, but I haven't been able to find it.

Would someone who might know the location or answer to this, please post a note regarding where to look?
