Title: Un-unlockable door in Hemp - TO BE ACTIONED

Port Hempstead - Municipal District.

The door to that odd stone tower with the sign in front isn't unlockable... Even though it says it's only DC 22. Not 122, like the other plot doors I've come across.

It's not supposed to be unlockable.

Well... Shouldn't the DC be super-high, or... Should it have a need for a specific key? It just seems a bit broken with a DC that's only 2 higher than my modifier.

Last I looked it did have a high DC...but I'll check it again.

Bug Report

Bug Descrition: The door on the old Arcane Alliance tower features a locked door. If you pick it, it will say: Open Lock: *success not possible*. Even if the person doing the pick locking have beaten the doors DC on 22
