Title: Point of interest - TO BE ACTIONED

[SIZE=16]Bug Report[/SIZE]
 
 Descrition: Point of interest that used to be floating and unreachable is now on the ground but appears not to give XP.  (I could be mistaken in my recollection but I don't think Bumblebee ever used this POI.)
 
 Location: Central server, Location is known by Blackguy
 
 Verified: Yes, with Lin'da
 
 Reproducable: N/A
