Title: Level REquirements for enchants

I was looking at the above table and was wonder what the E/S and how they correlate with the numbers on the table. Say if I wanted a Mahogany weapon that has +2 special with a level 2 electricity enchantment, am i correct to assume that would be 14th level requirement? Thanking you

E = Elemental Enchantment
S = Silver Enhancement

I had to abbreviate them for space with the pure text layout.  Just find the intersection of the two levels you are looking for (unenchanted would be 0/0).
