Title: World Leader XP Wand

I would like to suggest that the World Leader XP Wand is changed to accomodate alternative amounts of XP to be given.
 
 One hour of XP is somtimes just to much for a short bit of good RP. If the wand could give something like 15 mins RP reward, then I personally think it will be used more often than only having the option of one hour's XP reward.
 
 Perhaps an option when used (similiar to GM XP Wand) could be introduced.

Seconded. I have nothing more to say but it (The forum) wants at least ten characters, I think the idea stands without added gibberish.

I don't mind adding a 1/4 hour RP reward to the wand. However, I will not make 4* 15minutes XP = 1 hours XP.

I will work something out based upon discussion with the GM balancing team.

This will be done to the next release.

The WL XP wand will inherit many of the neat functions present in the DM one.
