Title: Barbarian Wisdom

Can you tell me do Barbarians recieve the monk wisdom bonus to AC?  I remeber seeing this somewhere, but where I cannot recall.

They don't get any dodge bonuses as a result of their barbarian levels.  If they keep taking ranks of the tumble skill however, every 5 full ranks of that skill give +1 dodge ac bonus.  The Monks' version is different and totally tied to their level, though monk ac can stack with tumble bonus.

Barbarians are about the combat opposite of a monk, and don't gaint wisdom bonuses to AC at all.  They do have Damage Reduction based on level, which is the ability to ignore some damage instead of dodging it.

Correct.

Barbarians do not get a wisdom modifier bonus to their armor class.

Barbarians are the anti-AC typically.

Barbarians do get Uncanny Dodge (http://nwn.layonara.com/Uncanny%20Dodge), which may be what Buster is referring to.


And as a side note:

Barbarians can never be Lawful
Monks can only be Lawful.

Minor correction. The AC bonus granted for every five ranks in the skill Tumble, are not considered Dodge, but is a different, unique kind of AC which does not collide with any other type of Armour Class. Meaning it stacks perfectly well with any Dodge bonus a character may receive.

I'm pretty sure that are Dodge bonuses, which means you don't get to count them when caught flat-footed (this is where Uncanny Dodge really helps).

Dodge bonuses stack all the way to +20 (unlimited in PnP).
