what are some acceptable formats for uploading pictures? i tried uploading some of my screens but it says its unacceptible for one file and one picture shows up as an x.(i dont know what happened to the other two)

If it shows as a X, then its because you have no viewer for this particular file.

If you are trying to upload a nwn screenshot then you need to convert the file from a TGA into say a JPG.

There are many many apps that will do this - here is but one TGA to JPG Converter, Jedi Knight 3 Downloads, Jedi Knight 3 Modding Tools (http://jediknight2.filefront.com/file/TGA_to_JPG_Converter;34634)

Fraps (http://www.fraps.com/) is otherwise a very good program for screen capture, which will make it into the desired file type immediately.
