Title: Hak Downloads: Control hak not in big download

The description of the Control hak on that page says that you don't need to download it if you already have the big hak, but you do.  Of course, that's because it was updated after the big hak, but the text beside the control file is a bit misleading for new players whose eyes might skim past the version dates.
