Verifiable: Got one in my inventory.

Reproducible: Make one. ;)

Not really sure if that is poor grammar. I believe it is a valid bit of writing if not  the current modern way of doing it.

It will be fixed if I ever get round to it.

Well, considering that it's supposed to be a wand of the spell "Bull's Strength," one would think it would be the same.

But yeah, low priority.
