Title: Proposal: Signs as you enter Hempstead

I propose that we place signs outside the walls of Hempstead and Vehl, very much like those in Prantz, but with the rules covering the specific city.

Outside Hempstead there should be a note about beastly races not being allowed in the city, while it should be missing on the sign outside Vehl. Right now half the players are not reading the forums and are very much confused about who is allowed in there and who is not.
Many a time orcs and goblins roam the streets and draw steel on players that try to live up to the rules written on the forum, while the orc or goblin in question has no clue whatsoever about those rules and refuses to obey or simply draws steel in town without the guards interfering.

Signposts could solve this dilemma.
