Are they used for anything other than pearl dust? It'd be nice to make strings of them, or perhaps pearl rings.

I think they'd do wonderfully for any of the Bless items, rather than gems.

There is another use for them that will be appearing with a future system. I regret I can't say anything else other than they are used in a new CNR recipe.
