After spending just over a month being a silent observer of the community rather than actively taking part, I've decided to depart Layonara on a whole. For a number of reasons, I realized I wasn't having as much fun here as I was a year ago and therefore, I'm going to be leaving indefinitely. I do not know whether I'll ever be back, but the possibility remains. For now, however, I'm heading out.
Thank you to all the people who I've roleplayed with and had a good time in the past. You folks know who you are, give yourself some applause and credit. Thank you to Leanthar, because I really can't imagine the patience it takes to fork out cash on a monthly basis to let people play here. Thank you to the GM team for approving my submission and letting me give the "behind the curtain" tools a whirl here in Layonara.
Naturally, I'm resigning my position on the GM Team. However, to Pankoki and the others who know what I'm working on for my position on the Project Team, I'll be continuing to do as much as I can on it, but I wouldn't feel slighted if you chose to hand over what I've done thus far to someone else from this point.
I'd like to think that by experiencing things through my characters in the nearly two years I've played here, I learned something about myself as well in addition to the entertainment. I wish you all well, and that your imaginations grow still more in time, never fade.

Just wait folks he will be back, when he see's the love and joy the new faces crew bring to the table, we been starved of great RP and we are ready to take a bite out of bordom!
but on another note I fully understand his feelings, coming from somewhat feelings as him which led me to this place. I to was also amazed by the work of the DM team, and admin. I worked long hard and tirelessly and it became to much, I found this place and saw what seems like a team of really caring folks and a great admin. I instantly wanted to be a player here.

Yard has to teach Steel how to scribe some day, and Ray has to drag Steel off to mine for her, and... oh man.

You will be soarly missed man. Thank you for all the OOC and IC things you did for my character. You are trully a class act RPer and I wish you the very best in anything you do in life.
