Title: Alexei flame weapon rune stone

I think it would be great for those who have rogues *whistles innocently* to be able to do that quest and receive the rune. Or maybe have the none transferable lock release so someone who doesn't use that rune could sell it to a rogue who then could use it due to the UMD. But I think just opening it up to include Rogues would be great.

Agreed. By the time a wizard has the ability to scribe or at least buy all the scrolls required to complete the quest it becomes a worthless item.

A) Open it up to all classes

or

B) Give other classes unique quests and make them useful to said class.

Be pretty cool to have a rogue only item *grins* Besides that Skullduggery book. Maybe something like a clerical divinity thingy in Trickery (Shadon, anyone?) so you can have a slight up vs levels in rogue for a plus on open lock and disarm trap. Maybe just 1 point every 2 levels?
