Description: The Desert Mine in the Spirit Dunes has lighting conditions as if it were outdoors. Specifically, it is brighter during the daylight hours and dimmer during nighttime hours despite being underground. This might relate to this bug report (http://www.layonara.com/fixed-bugs/113982-spirit-dunes-mine.html) somehow.
