Well sized rooms in a house situated in Leringard.
Portal access included in rent so easily situated for Hurm, Prantz, Krashin and other ports.
Leringard also boasts two inns for the more social among you, the Leringard Arms and the Twin Dragons.
The rent will include basic furniture and two crates...Any other furniture will have to be provided but positioned by the Landlady to allow for easy removal if the rent is not paid.
House rules apply and will be discussed at the interview, common sense applies.
Discount for Misty's.
1500 trues per period.

I rent rooms for 1500 trues a period and I buy corn at 3000 trues a box so one box of corn will cover 2 periods of rent.
Remember basic furniture, 2 large crates and portal access included in rent so easily situated for Hurm, Prantz, Krashin & other ports.
