A big mistake was made the other day, and with a spell, a hooded figure became one with a mage, resulting in what might have been a lich. Before it revealed itself, a key of obviously great importance was also brought into its possession.
The event might be related to recent reports of undead stirrings in Red Light caverns, but it should be investigated in either case, as something sinister is obviously afoot.
Be wary if you travel around Hlint and Haven and please spread the word.

the red lights were clear on routine patrol through the area in the last fortnight
as were the normal brave animals the only living found in the general area
as for dead walking and strange mage like wanderers none and no strange magics were found
