Ello.   Just started NWN and the solo game does nothing for my interest.  Heard this is a good multi server though and was interested in playing.

I am an old DnD player, but never got DEEP into character development, which I want to do now.   Love to RP and keep things "in game" if you will.

Anyone got some hints or starters for me?

Any hints or starters? Buddy, you've just taken the most important step by registering and logging on! Welcome!

There is a little link above here called "New Players" - click on that, get your required downloads, spend that half an hour (or 2 hours if you have a slow internet connection like me!) while it downloads reading about how to submit a character ... think about the s/he/it with whom you would like to explore the vast world that is Layo, put in an application, wait the short while it will take before one of our character approvers looks at it (maybe offering their advice on clarifications/modifications that I can assure you will be designed to enhance your playing experience) and gives it the go ahead, log in and enjoy!

I have just submitted a character with a decent RP background.  Waiting for the approval process.  Like the look of the world, very epic feeling.

The first character is always a big step.  One the second, though, be warned - we expect more from retreads. ;)
