Title: AT from Castle Mask to Lor

Description: The Gate that leads from Castle Mask to Lor is locked, making it impossible to access the Port City.

Location: The Southern Gate of the Castle Mask area on Dregar.

Verified:

Reproducible: I do not know, but it remains locked when I attempt to open it.
