Title: some help please

Ok...

I know this a silly question but I can't figure it out.  I'm away from home, downloaded all the haks etc. but... when Neverwinter first starts up after you click multiplayer it asks for a name and password.  I have that saved permenantly on my home computer and its been so long I have NO idea what the password is.

Basically, who (what company) can I contact to get the password sent to me?

The bioware forums have the same password as your bioware account. Just go there and say you forgot it... If you wrote a valid email address, you should be good.

right... thats what I thought it was, did that, but in NWN it says my password  and/or login is invalid...  I can log into the bioware site though.

Any other ideas?

have you ever had any other userids at bioware?  it could be an old one.  Maybe a different email address?

Just thought about that.  I guess you're using the right userid huh?  

*scratches her head*

If you are logging into the bioware site as merlin34baseball then that password should be the one unless you have caps lock on or something.

Hee, figured it out... for some reason the bioware sight is not case sensitive but the login in NWNs is...
