Title: Wrong town name used

Bug Report

Description: When you finish the bear island quest the person you get it from mentions the old town name instead of the new one.

Location: Mariner's Hold

Verified:

Reproducable: I could not because you can only finish the quest once.

*jumps up and down*  Orth!  The Guard, Ashely, the one you get the Bear Island Quest from, has Point harbor in her description!  Fix that too!  >.<
