I always wondered if it would work.  Now I know!

I've read about it... not even a belt for security.

Edit: i think it's better save the $1500 (traffic penalty) for something more useful :P

didn't they make a film about a guy that did that? Deckchair Dan or somesuch. Aussie made romantic comedy?
