Title: Dolomar's Force Wave / Horn of Sounding

Description: Not a bug per sé. Though the DC of the force wave isn't on par with for example the Fey Horn, which is lower on the crafting skill but with a higher DC of 20 and a more useful effect.

The DC is 15.. which if failed would get one about 22 sonic damage. I managed 11 damage on a succesful save. I suggest either raising the DC or upping the damage dice slightly.

I doubt I'm going to do anything with this for this update.  The DC's I'm seeing in code for the Horn of Sounding is 20.  I just don't have time to test this or look into it in any detail at the moment.

DC is 15. As a result, the horn is not very useful.

I must back this up, the horn's dc is only 15 and really compared to the fey horn which has a dc of 22 it really is worthless.  I would love to see the hard work of those who can craft these, which is very few, rewarded.  If this could please be looked into it would be appreciated.
