Title: Newest V3 version bug

Description: I noticed the new Paper buy in Hempstead...   Says he's selling Healing Kits +1 for 0 a copy.  You dont get any though...

Dorg, I believe this is Nibor's unfinished paperboy rearing it's head in the module.  I also believe this was created for use by Pen&Popper, who is no longer a player here.

Heh...I didn't even know we had a paperboy!  Though I do remember the idea.  Sounds like it just needs to come out.

I was kind of hoping he was just really selling +1 healing kits at 0 a copy. :) I almost rejoiced there for a sec! Rat massacres begone!

Along with the other issue, this is fixed in the next patch.
