Title: Weather system - Citadel of Toran

Any chance we could turn off the weather effects like rain in the Citadel of Toran area? Maybe keep the area clear.  It's a bit humerous to see it raining "inside" the keep.

Sure can.

But didn't you know the Citadel came with a retractable roof? ;)
