Toughness is listed in LORE as an available Fighter Bonus Feat .

This is incorrect.

If someone else could please verify that toughness isn't a fighter feat, I'll fix the LORE stuff.

The NWN manual does not list Toughness as a fighter bonus feat.

Neither does NWNWiki. (http://www.nwnwiki.org/Category:Fighter_Bonus_Feats)

And in solo play, I could not select Toughness as a bonus feat for a fighter character.

So....I'm reasonably confident in saying that Olme is correct. Toughness should not listed as a bonus feat for fighters.
