Title: Prantz Gov. District--Voices of Justice/Courthouse

Description: Transition error--walking out of the Prantz Courthouse lets you out in the back of the building, with no way around to the front.  It's like the inside is turned around backwards.

Reproduceable: I walked thru the transition several times with the same result.  I'm not about to go back in there and try again, though.

This has been fixed in the next update.
