Title: Stormcrest Guide's lantern doesn't light lamp

 Description: Clicking on the lamp while in possession of the lantern does not change floaty text nor does it increase light.
 
 Location: Stormcrest crossroad

Somehow the script for this got removed in the 3.00.4 release.  No idea how, but it's back now.

Fixed in the next patch.

The lamp does change to "Open" now... but cannot be "Closed."  (I assume closed would just be to remove the "open."  Saying it is closed may discourage general use.)

How about "Guide's in" and nothing instead of open ;)
