Description: The cotton in Dalanthar is spawned but has no cotton.

Location: Dalanthar

Verified:

Reproducable: Yes, since the spawns do not leave when they are empty. I have not checked after a server rest.

*giggles* Guilty.  I picked it.  I think this is farm cotton that has to mature before picking.
