I'm looking for this. I just want to make sure it is available in game before I go on an extensive search. I have been told IC where it used to be.

Then go look there? ;) easiest way to find out. As far as I know some things need those for crafting so I guess this answers your question? ;)

I talked to Dorg and he said that they were removed quite a few patches ago by mistake and never put in again because people forgot all about them, but they will be in soon in a new patch.

I know where they used to be at.  And to think I used to sell them for 1 gp each.  I could be rich!  ;)
