Description: The male ship captain in Hempstead only gives me an option of saying "No, I don't" when he asks for my ticket, even though I have a stack of seven sitting in my inventory. The female captain on the other ship takes my ticket just fine.
Location: I have only noticed this in Hempstead.
Verified:
Reproducable: It has happened twice over the past two days, to two different PC's of mine. Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, though.

The real ship captain there died at sea... so probably an issue with the respawn. It should work fine after a server reset.
Edit: Fixed by GM Kill and respawn. Tested to all ports.

He died in valiant defense of his ship against an overwhelming pirate force.
