Only a few people may have heard it to begin with, a man with a long brown coat reporting to the guards.
He mentioned little.....but gestured them to Hempstead fields.... where he said a dead drow lay face down on the fields, next to yet "another" burning statue of a man.....
... he mentioned "not going to that bloody town again" and " Shoulda known not to leave it to wizards....as though it would have been that simple!"....
... with a side bit of advice for the man to find a person known as "Rhynn", he wanders through the gates of Hempstead, grumbling about this "crazy bloody town".... leaving the guards to sort out the mess.
But of course.... as the few who heard soon told their friends....and they in turn told their friends..... the rumour began to circulate.
