Title: Proud Mom
Post by: minerva on October 03, 2007, 05:28:14 PM
Took my boy in to get his picture taken today.

All proceeds from the pictures go to The Farley Foundation (http://www.farleyfoundation.org)

He's a pretty happy boy to be helping out.

Oh, you must tell me ... does that handsome boy of yours think the world is his oyster? We had a border collie named Jackson who most definitely did, and every dog I've ever met named Jackson seems to feel much the same!

Awww.. cute puppy. :)  (All dogs are puppies.  Some puppies are just bigger than others.)

He's dog ugly!

Acutally nice pic.  To tell you the truth I got a shock as I was expecting a 1-2year old "human" boy since the title was 'Proud Mom'.  As the picture scanned down I caught some ears , then fur.  I thought you might have had a Tiefling.

Hahaha... ohh dear... "I thought you might've had a tiefling." Anyways, don't shoot me for asking this but what kind of dog is it?  He looks great, two thumbs up :D (I love dogs, just not too knowledgeable in the different breeds and what they look like)

Actually, most parents will tell you there's very little difference between a 2 year-old and a Tiefling.  :o

According to LORE, tieflings are only often Chaotic Evil, presumably with some few exceptions - there's the difference.

PS. Cute dog, he looks like such a shy retiring fellow.  :)

Actually I'm learning that myself.  Originally I thought my 14 mth old son was a Tiefling, however I've settled with the fact that he's simply a spawn of Corath with a few slight changes -  He drinks milk instead of blood, loves to destroy anything he gets his hand on and as far as speading plague, you just need to change one of his diapers to understand.

Reason 213 why puppies are better than babies...

Jax is an exuberant 5 year old. It took a fair amount of persuassion to have him sit still... his eyes are focused on the B A L L for the photo.

The breed is a less than show quality example of a German Shepherd in the less common Sable coat color.

And yes, he does think that everyone is his friend and can't understand why some people get a but snarky when he races up to them and body slams them to get a good ear scratch.

Hehhehe...yep, that reminds me of my Labrador.  He's about the same age and is extremely clumsy when it comes for some affection.  Additionally his fixation is this rubber ring I've got.  I can walk him anywhere without a lead and basically get him to do whatever I want so long as I have that rubber ring handy.

He has such a sweet, happy look on his face, like he knows that he's special.  I bet he still thinks he's a puppy for lap sitting purposes!

Hehe he does look like one of those. My sister's family had a Great Dane from a puppy that just never got over being a lanky adolescent... He'd happily crush you in your lap with his tongue lolling out like he's just the luckiest dog in the world...then use you as a springboard as he runs to chase off after something else. Big dog...

Cute picture!
