Title: Southern Roads Bandit - Archer without arrows

Description: The Southern Roads Bandit archers don't have any arrows to shoot with, since they're now shooting with the updated Shadon's Trapping Bow. They unequip the bow and try sneaking you with tiny fists of fury!

Location: Quiver

Verified: Yes sir.

Reproducable: Yup.

This appears to be fixed for the next update.
