Title: A little question

With the changes to how Prantz is configured, the portal and doors to the outside areas around Prantz are now separated from the city itself by a huge wall. Are pack ox and horses still disallowed from portaling in?

As I understand it, oxen and horses were disallowed inside the city.

If the portal's not inside the city anymore, I don't see where there'd be a problem.

That's the point of how the city is structured, yes. The portal is outside the city walls. Horses and Oxen aren't allowed in the city, but that shouldn't be a problem since you can circumvent the city's interior.

It kind of reminds me of City 17 from Half-Life 2. It's an awesome improvement on the old Prantz.
