Seems some Bard lost his pack with his Instrument in it around Haven City. He says he can't live any longer without it. I normally don't do these jobs but he's having a fine cry over at the Scamp's Mug. He's giving whoever finds it whatever they find in the pack just so long he gets his Instrument back.
