or is seeing the children of those you travelled with whether you have permed that character or not, picking up their swords and staves and wandering about, not give you a wierd sense of time progression
like when you go to a family reunion and you havent seen your little cousin since he was 8 and now hes twenty
you know what i mean?
-
:)*grins*
-
im serious
its like wierd deja vu
-
dude, it means you are getting old ;)
-
oh i dont deny that at all
-
I will tell you what is really weird. Flirting with one of the now adult children of some PCs that you fought side by side with for years ;). Now the really weird part is when this happens and you dont know who it is until after the fact. Then you feel old, even if you are an elf :)
-
hmmm hehe oups?
-
With all of Rain's 700 kids running around now it is happening more often :)
How old is Rain now? 80, 90?
-
Hahah Jrizz.. I said that last night when Tegan met Elgon.. another one?
With Rain having so many kids no wonder he stayed home.
-
no wonder we never saw sonya much
but not just rains though
chance is an adult now
cole and his sister will be following soon enough
good thing we still have a few decades before the half drow trio is of age
-
you know maybe we should get rain a silk smoking jacket and let him live in a house with a grotto with all his offspring running about

Cole is already in game his sister has a few months (RL) to go like the youngest of Rain and Sonya. Tristan (the twin of huntemara) Is in training somewhere to be a paladin, which reminds me if Anyone wants to create him Pm me and Silverdraco. Chaynce (merline34) is in game too.

Rain is is hmm was created at 28 years old, 26 years has passed since IG so he's 54 years old according to lore, still has a 120 years to go lol
-

Ehmm... Isn't Chaynce the child of Tyrian and Creaighton? I guess Rain has so many children he can't even know which ones are actually his and which ones aren't ;)
-
Ahem Cole is the son of Kyle and Ferrit, their daughter has a few more RL months to be played Like the youngest of Rain and Sonya... Maybe it was poorly formated but it was accurate.:D
I was mainly exposing the kids of others family which are in game.
Chyance (merlin34) is obvisouly not Rain or Sonya's son as Cole is not. gna gna gna:p

Chaynce is a boy.
But I think Pyyran may be Layo's first to die of old age, here, in another... *Counts.* Two years, realtime? Yeah, NWN may not be around that long. Ah, well.
I think Aleister may've died of old age. Or Rodlin.
So not the first.
Bah.
-
I really don't think Rodlin has died of old age. He is an elf after all. I think he just wasn't being played so much in the last year or so. I suspect you'll see him again.
-
dont forget osx is playing a son as well too
-
and rain was around before a certain creaky paladin we always made fun of
so i think he is pushing more then 54
-
cause what did praylor get too around 80 or something

not according to lore, rain was created on 1400 its now 1426.
take the date that your char was approved, with the time, use this (http://www.netgod.org/cgi-bin/ltc.cgi), and you get the IG date of creation, use the lore date to see how much time has passed.
-
Don't forget to include how old they were to start with... 18 at summoning means they were born eighteen years before creation. In Godim's case, that meant he was about 106. In Pyyran's case... 18+36=54.
-
Aleister died of old age, yep. Acacea has, amusingly enough, crept up on his age, as she's in her sixties. In halfling years, she has a couple decades before her wanderlust is supposed to be taken care of, ready to be replaced with a pack of children and a cutting garden.
Not sure that's going to work out.

Probably not!

Acacea, come to Ferrit at Angels' Guild for your custom-tailored kiddie equipment--a comfortable kangaroo pouch for the youngest, placing him/er snugly on your chest; then a state of the art back-pack for the next one up, styled with pouches for baby supplies, and adjustable so baby can see over your shoulder, learning and being endlessly amused. Tailored separately for you and your significant other, these are so comfortable you won't want to carry them any other way. In fact, you won't want to put them down. If you're in need of further restraining devices, try my harness and lead--adjustable to fit the child in question and strong enough to quell the most determined rush at a pretty skunk. Long daily walks in this gear promote good health and interesting learning experiences for all involved, not to mention endless amusement for the townsfolk. Younger townsfolk will even beg for the pleasure of carrying your little tykes, taking a load off your shoulders and permitting your children closer access to dirt, water, flowers, and all the playtoys of this world.
-
Try partying with their grandchildren - or in one case - great grandchildren. *sigh*. Now where's my walker. *mumbles as he walks off*
-
ok im glad i dont have that much of a time colusion

A bit of reassurance that old people can still move around.

Now if you are as.... prolific as Rain then you might need the newly designed magic pouch of baby holding. You can fit a whole infant clan and still have only the carry weight of one small baby. It is called the baby in'darsus clan carry holder. Get yours now.
